These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Levi’s List mobile applications and related services (the “Service”) operated by Levi’s List (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta notice. The Service is currently offered as a beta. It may change, be interrupted, or contain errors, and features may be added or removed at any time. It is provided on an “as is” basis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are able to form a binding agreement.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service, such as vouches, quick takes, photos, and lists (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the Service, consistent with your privacy settings. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the Service.
Use the Service to send spam or for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Recommendations and content on the Service come from users and are not guarantees about any place or business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
